Milestone Achieved in Madison Township

The Madison Township Trustees officially adopted a modernized zoning code following two years of thoughtful review, revision, and graphic design work.

The new zoning code builds directly on the vision established in the Township’s 2023 Comprehensive Plan, translating community goals into clear, user-friendly regulations that support smart growth and long-term decision-making. Designed to complement neighboring jurisdictions—including the Village of Hanover and Hanover Township—the updated code helps create a seamless transition from community to community across township and village boundaries.
