Management of Appalachian Community Grant Program Projects

As a project manager for Appalachian Community Grant Program (ACGP) initiatives, our firm supported over 20 communities through the grant process. We provided regular updates to commissioners, community leaders, and stakeholders, guided applicants through Ohio Department of Development grant procedures, vetted projects for ACGP and ARPA fund eligibility, advocated for project inclusion in applications, and acted as a liaison with state agencies.

Supporting Communities as a Prequalified Planner & Grant Writer

We assist communities with a wide range of funding strategies, from grant writing and funding research to expert guidance on the grant submission process and post-award reporting. We ensure alignment with eligibility requirements, help identify funding opportunities, and advocate for projects to increase their chances of securing financial support.
