Neighborhood Strategies has partnered with The Energy Cooperative, a member-owned utility serving more than 72,000 electric, natural gas, and propane accounts across central Ohio. Through an ongoing retainer, our team is helping the Cooperative navigate growth in one of Ohio’s fastest-changing regions — the area surrounding the Ohio One Intel campus.

We’re working alongside The Energy Cooperative to forecast growth trends, plan for future infrastructure needs, and secure federal funding that supports its mission of providing safe, reliable, and sustainable energy. Our team also tracks private investments and development activity across the service area, analyzing how they might shape future demand for electric and natural gas systems.
