Neighborhood Strategies was recently featured in The Reporting Project’s article on how eastern Licking County townships are managing growth amidst large economic development projects in nearby counties. State grants totaling nearly $80 million are being invested in infrastructure development in Muskingum and Coshocton Counties, aimed at attracting new industries and jobs — and possibly expanding that growth toward eastern Licking County. Among the awarded projects are water, sewer, and road upgrades to enable large-scale development sites.

Our firm is proud to work with the Village of Hanover and the surrounding Hanover, Madison, and Perry Townships to help these eastern Licking County communities curate and manage their growth and development in a way that feels authentic to their heritage and rural charm.

These communities have been working with our firm to plan ways to manage growth and development. “They have been talking between townships to have a seamless connection between the communities,” said Stephanie McManus, managing principal with Neighborhood Strategies, which is working with all four of the governmental entities. “They meet quarterly to discuss the issues as a region – each working independently on their community’s plans, but also working together…”
