Community Activation Manager

A highly respected leader in community planning, Kacey brings nearly 20 years of experience in community engagement, program development, stakeholder relations, and project management to Neighborhood Strategies. Known for her ability to bridge theory and practical application, she is a proven problem-solver motivated by initiatives that deliver meaningful, measurable impact for people and their communities. In her previous role as Director of Special Projects and Downtown C-Pass with the Capital Crossroads and Discovery Special Improvement Districts in Columbus, Kacey built and managed a first-of-its-kind, nationally recognized transit pass program for downtown employees. She is a committed community advocate, serving on the Central Ohio Greenways Advisory Board for the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, and previously on the City of Columbus’ Mobile Food Vending Advisory Board, the Wonderland Columbus Board of Trustees, the Create Columbus Commission, and contributing to the Strategic Advisory Team for Economic Development for the State of Ohio. With degrees in Psychology, Community Development, and Applied Economics, Kacey focuses on creating activation programs and partnerships that strengthen and energize communities.
