As technical assistance project manager for Appalachian Community Grant Program (ACGP) initiatives, our firm supported Belmont County Port Authority through the grant process. We provided regular updates to commissioners, community leaders, and stakeholders, guided applicants through the Ohio Department of Development grant procedures, vetted projects for ACGP and ARPA fund eligibility, advocated for project inclusion in applications, and acted as a liaison with state agencies.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT
Contributed expertise and technical review toward project development that was incorporated into AN ACGP grant application, securing $3.9 million for the Underground Railroad Museum/Black Horse Inn and $3.3 Million for the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center.
