NS Named Project Manager for Harrison County’s ACG Project

Neighborhood Strategies has begun work as technical assistance project manager for Harrison County’s Appalachian Community Grant Program (ACGP) initiatives. Our team will help guide Harrison through the Ohio Department of Development grant procedures, act as liaison with state agencies, vet projects for fund eligibility, and advocate for project inclusion in the application.

The ACGP is a state-funded initiative in Ohio that provides a total of $500 million for projects in its Appalachian region to improve infrastructure, health, and workforce development. Its goals include revitalizing downtown areas, improving access to healthcare, and creating job opportunities through workforce training and remote work centers.
