Pomeroy Modernizes Zoning & Infrastructure Maps

Neighborhood Strategies recently partnered with the Village of Pomeroy, a riverside community in Meigs County, OH, to modernize its zoning and infrastructure maps. Our team gathered and digitized data for partnering consultants and organizations to evaluate the fiscal impact of a potential annexation.

Working alongside Meigs County Economic Development, the Mayors’ Partnership for Progress, Ohio University, and the Montrose Group, we created detailed maps showing land use, utilities, and property ownership. These updates give local leaders and partners accurate, accessible information to guide informed decisions for Pomeroy’s future.
