NS Develops Sunbury Community Profile

Neighborhood Strategies is thrilled to have partnered with the City of Sunbury in Delaware County, one of Ohio’s fastest-growing regions. Our team developed a comprehensive Community Profile designed to help city leaders plan for the future, attract new development, and highlight what makes Sunbury such a strong place to live, work, and invest.

By combining demographic research, GIS mapping, and economic analysis, the profile provides a clear snapshot of Sunbury’s opportunities and assets. From its strategic location within a day’s drive of nearly half of the U.S. population to its remarkable 26% growth rate, the City is well-positioned for continued success.

Through this project, Neighborhood Strategies helped Sunbury translate data into strategy, offering city leaders and developers an actionable tool to guide investment, support economic development, and strengthen the community’s identity.
